Become a Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our service team at Concentrix Berlin and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of the world’s biggest, most well-known and leading social media companies.
Working within our friendly and supportive team:
- Answer customer inquiries from advertisers and agencies (small and medium-sized businesses) in French
- Thanks to your professional customer advice and solution suggestions, the advertising effectiveness of your customers improves.
- Implementation of social media marketing measures via chat, email, telephone and social media messenger.
- You contribute to excellent customer service from the start and continuously develop ideas to improve customer satisfaction and the customer advertising experience.
Your Skills:
- Online advertising experience is desirable
- Experience in a service-related environment is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of French (written and spoken minimum C1) and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
- Affinity for social media and active social media users
- Ability to multitask and high stress resistance
Your Benefits:
- €2,500 gross monthly salary / €30,000 gross annual salary.
- Relocation bonus of up to €1500 from outside Germany and €700 from within Germany, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin) *
- Your work equipment will be provided by us.
- 6 weeks paid training (part time after training is possible) and ongoing coaching - all online.
